How much exhibition area is required?
Participating rates €40.00 (excl. VAT) per square metre for floor space and electricity consumption. There is a minimum charge of €475.00 (excl. VAT).
We did not participate in last year's edition (deposit will be refunded in full if your application is not confirmed).
We wish to keep the same area as in last year's edition if available (reserved till 5 June 2019).
We wish to move to a new area if available.
Stand Setup
Rates quoted are for exhibition space only. Should you require stand design we also offer the following three options: (i) standard shell scheme; (ii) custom-made stand; or (iii) metal trusses. Fair's Shell Scheme
Do you require the Fair's shell scheme?
Shell scheme includes panels, carpets, lighting and front fascia name sign in a standard typeface.

MBA panels shell scheme at €25 per square metre (excl. VAT).
